Delivery and Returns

Delivery Locations currently delivers to the following locations:

Delivery Costs

Costs will be calculated during the checkout process and are based on product type and destination country.

International customers -  please note you may have to pay customs duty and import tax charged by your local customs agency in additional to the delivery fee. CAISO cannot advise on, or control these fees and in all cases the customer is responsible for paying these fees.

Delivery Times

All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of the order being placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped containing a tracking reference and details of the service used. Your order, stored in the 'My Orders' section, will also be updated with this tracking reference.

Returning Goods offers a 7-day returns policy on all products. If you wish to return items please contact us by email within 7 working days of the item being delivered. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty Goods

If your products are faulty we will offer you an exchange (where possible) or if you wish, a full refund, including your delivery charges relating specifically to the faulty goods. Please contact us if you wish to return faulty goods.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your goods were damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. If goods are not visibly damaged on receipt or you are unable to check them before signing, the delivery note should be signed as "unchecked/damaged". We will offer you an exchange (where possible) or if you wish, a full refund including your delivery charges.


Refunds will be paid to the credit/debit cards used to place the original order.
